POWERBREATH

Post by ben1 »

Alrite everyone, bought this thing called a POWERBREATH that I read about on another topic, cant find who it was who posted it and did use the search thing but didnt have any luck in finding it so sorry if this has been asked.....but to cut a long story short I started using it and I've had to stop as I've been having serious chest and lung type pain....I even got up sunday morning and blew my nose and had blood in my snot, dont know if it was to do with anything else....it could be possible because I had a few to drink on saturday night and may have been bumped into with an elbow by someone dancing but I cant remember but I seriously doubt its normal....but just wondering about the pain, if anyones used one did you have pain as well? Its mainly in the centre of my chest but straight behind the bone, feels like my lungs are going to burst even to the point where I'm finding it hard to breath in!
I havent set it at a level thats too high for me to handle I set it at what it said to do to acheive results, and its only level 3 but I stopped using it friday but still not feeling right at all, yes the pain has eased up a bit but thats not really the point.....I was ill over the past few weeks and I guess that could also have something to do with it but its just a general question either way for those who have used them or know about them and for them who are also maybe interested in them, can have a bit of knowledge before buying one like knowing what to expect, I didnt know at all really so it could be normal what I'm feeling, cheers anyway. Ben

With any form of chest pain go and see your doctor straight away. I had a sharp (really sharp like broken ribs) pain a couple of years back and found out it was Tietze's Syndrome - cause unknown and only lasts for a few days.

http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/diseases/fac ... dritis.htm

It is always possible that you may have cracked a rib with the exertion if it's an unfamiliar movement. I have heard of people cracking ribs sneezing.

But please go and see your doctor.

see a doc, but before you do, get down to church and pray that they dont diagnose you with asthma (or worse). that will almost certainly leave your bootneck dream dead in the water.

blood in your snot isnt a major issue. it usually from a scab up inside your nose somewhere, either that or your brain has had enough and is trying to escape :)

if you smoke, thats probably a contributing factor.

cheers everyone, yeh think I'll pop n see the doctor he only lives next door.....cant see it being asthma I do plenty of excersize and have no problems at all, only since I started using this its been causing me pain, I dont smoke either so that cant be it....like I said it could be the fact I wasnt very well and started using it pretty much the day I felt better but I'll get it checked out anyway. like chris said the blood in your snot might be nothing, sometimes when i wake up in the moring i have blood in my syliva, apparently i somtimes snap my jaw in my sleep and catch my tongue or inner cheeck but don't feel any pain when i wake up.
