Thanks a lot!

RUNNING+SIT UPS= A NICE SIX PACK
:P
Also watch what you eat and when you eat. I tend to eat no later than 7pm, its best to go sleep on an empty stomach.

unfortunately you cant target a specific area to burn fat. some people just have more fatty deposits in places than others, its all down to genetics. just eat healthily and exercise plenty! sorted.

hope this helps,

bang on. sit ups will build muscle, but you have to do some serious running sessions to be able to see the muscle.

its well documented running when hungry burns more fat.
run before you have breakfast. it will be hard, but will give results.

and consistant running will stop your body storing fat.

morning cardio is better for burning fat, but also tougher. you'll have hardly any energy

Clean up your diet and keep excersising. As long as you've got a calorie deficit you're going to at least lose some weight. I personally find that when losing weight I generally hit a plateau after a few weeks, and shuffling about my calorie/fat intake sorts that out.

Lower calorie and fat intake, keep excersising, eat smaller meals more often and keep a clean diet. As someone said, everyone's genetically different and some people (like me  ) find that ab bodyfat is the hardest and last to lose.

Note: This is all from a bodybuilding standpoint and my own experience.

I'll attest to that mate as i've been on there before

That guy knows his stuff and is sh!t hot to say the least! 8)

Id strongly recommend looking at some of his stuff and applying it to your training where necessary.

if you run on an empty stomach (like before breaky) it boosts your metabalism and there for makes your body digest your food better. You still get the same fat loss from running. It just makes what you eat not as important as when you running on a half full stomach

Early morning phys can set you up really nicely for the day too. Makes you more alert plus the traditional benefits of phys.

I'm no expert in weight loss, but presumably running in the morning will lead to an increase in metabolism through out the day.

Will this not result in increased food consumption for the duration of the day ?

You generally burn fat rather than carbs in the morning, its harder but if you want to lose fat, thats the time of day to do it.
