My best time before insight course was 8:40. On insight course was 7:57

Best of luck to the pair of ya's.
Yea, Guards is my second option but I will defer and re-try FOR PARAS if i fail first time.
Gravityguy - I just hope i have a huge stock of adrenaline for the day. Im resting up for 3 days beforehand and I'm gonna stock up on complex carbs and sleep. I feel as though I've overtrained already this week.

good luck for your selections
Before you insult someone, first walk a mile in their shoes, that way when you insult them, you are a mile away and you have their shoes.

Cheers E5, and to be honest michealshane - I'm gonna re attempt the para run time, so if I have to re-do my ADSC, I will I want Para though.

Best of luck though.

Just a quickie here. If you failed the run for paras but that was your 1st choice, can you take selection again even if you are offered your 2nd choice, or do you have to take your 2nd choice?
