I meant training stinky - not PRMC - as one of the others said you dont wont to pick up an injury but trying to emulate KJ-Edwards time... your time is not bad (bluddy exellent compared to me!!) You'll get there soon enough (or may not as the case may be :roll: )

Haha well I did asked if it made any sense didnt I :lol: In other words if I keep training, the times will fall :wink:
I don't really know what to say here - apart from GOOD LUCK to everyone going to PRMC or POC - remember: people here have been there and come out alive, pass or fail....its YOUR EFFORTS that count!!!

18.36 good score, thats set me abench mark to head for.
Going to time my self tomorrow morning for the first time over three miles. got my route maped out. i'll be happy with 19 mins.
pschometric test- passed
eye test- passed
interview-passed
medical -passed
pjft- 9.02

You want to be getting sub 22 preferably in the 20 min mark for PRMC lads bearing in mind your going to be tired, nervous and "warmed" up already.

BT took months to install phone line in new place Ali, only recently got internet back online.
