So how do you get maximum scores on the bleep test and the assault course?
pschometric test- passed
eye test- passed
interview-passed
medical -passed
pjft- 9.02

A fool learns by his own mistakes, a wise man learns by others.

push ups 72
pull ups 8 but it nearly killed me!
sit ups 70 form questionable
1.5 mile-9.12

Get to the end of the bleep test (level 13) for max points but no idea on what the time constitutes max for the assault course.

Doubt that information is easy to come by to be honest.
Aways look on the bright side of life.

When I was there I'm sure the record for the assault course was 2 minutes 58 seconds (but thats with webbing and a rifle) so at a very, very random guess a top score may be under 3 minutes????

there was a guy on my PRMC back in october who completed the assault course in 2.45 mins! he was a cracking fella. he told us that he'd previously passed his POC and AIB but was simply refused entry because theyd made up the numbers for that particular batch and so opted for going in as a recruit.

2.58 was set by a lad in my troop a couple of years ago now, surprised that's still standing, thought it was just the term record. I can't remember off the top of my head but I think 3 mins is max points on PRMC - bear in mind you've got no kit on and don't do the half regain over the chasm, that's not a fast time.

Hard luck Chris, sounds like you were good enough to pass.

At least you know you can do it now though. The time will fly by mate. 8)

Yea unlucky mate - good luck with next time though, YOU CAN DO IT
I don't really know what to say here - apart from GOOD LUCK to everyone going to PRMC or POC - remember: people here have been there and come out alive, pass or fail....its YOUR EFFORTS that count!!!
