I was told to maintain the fitness level i had a PRMC, but surly you should get fitter (I am), won't you stand a better chance if being fitter? as you can do more and accomplish more.

I totally disagree with this, it's best to go in as fit as possible. Yeah you may not get much fitter in the first 9 weeks as its more of getting everyone up to the same standard of fitness but you will impress the PTIs, training team and could be on for PT superior.GGHT wrote:Better to go in under fit than over, honestly.
