On the long weekend leaves, what time/day do you leave CTC and what time/day do you have to be back there?

cheers.

When the working day finishes you go on LWEL, so it is usually 16:20-17:20. You won't have to be back until 20:00 on the sunday.

Better to go in under fit than over, honestly. Thye'll bring you back up to fitness.

I did not think there was such a thing as "over fit".

I was told to maintain the fitness level i had a PRMC, but surly you should get fitter (I am), won't you stand a better chance if being fitter? as you can do more and accomplish more.

You're all criminals, how do you think you got there?

Unless you're an aboriginal of course. :P

I totally disagree with this, it's best to go in as fit as possible. Yeah you may not get much fitter in the first 9 weeks as its more of getting everyone up to the same standard of fitness but you will impress the PTIs, training team and could be on for PT superior.

"Overfit" bit of a misnomer.

Rather, PRMC level fitness is more than adequate.

Mancuniankid, you know as well as me that if you set an early standard of how fit you are then it's more pressure on you to perform.

Rather be the grey man personally.
