Good base of fitness comes from the 1st 9 weeks, that last week on the second set of weeks, looks insane. 20 sets of press ups and sit ups, even though its only low reps but still!

Thanks for your replies, im pretty lucky i got a long time before i can apply mate, im only 15 and if i start in january its exactly 18 weeks til i turn 16 at the end of april what a coincidence :D
My fitness at the moment is pretty poor in terms of cardio so i really need to work on that, strength im good though nowhere near the standard i want/need to be.
I was thinking of maybe putting some burpees and crunches into it and some bike work probably in the second phase to really get my cardio up. What do you reckon?

With the amount of running and swimming in thr 2nd phase, I wouldn't think biking would really be that necessary.

Thing is though i can only really find time to swim once maybe twice a week at the most on saturdays and sundays so i was thinking about biking for about an hour on tuesdays and thursdays.
