Thanks for your replies, im pretty lucky i got a long time before i can apply mate, im only 15 and if i start in january its exactly 18 weeks til i turn 16 at the end of april what a coincidence
My fitness at the moment is pretty poor in terms of cardio so i really need to work on that, strength im good though nowhere near the standard i want/need to be.
I was thinking of maybe putting some burpees and crunches into it and some bike work probably in the second phase to really get my cardio up. What do you reckon?
