Workout stations

Post by BEER »

Hi this is my first post :o i was wondering if anyone could help me.

A few months back I saw a workout station that consisted of a chin up bar, parrallel bars (for dips), foot grips (for sit ups) and hand grips (for press ups). Problem is I cannot find this anywhere now

Does anyone know where i can source one or even a similar item?

Thanks

Welcome to the forums.

This has almost everything you're after (no sit up bar though) although to be honest it's a lot of money considering what you're getting for it.

IMO you'd be better off buying this and finding some other way to do your dips.

For dips you can use anything like chairs, tables; basically anything that is about 2/2.5ft high. You don't need fancy equiptment for dips at all. i do mine on my snake vivarium which does me just fine

Press up bars are very good though but just make sure you vary between normal press ups and the press up bars, it works more muscle groups and makes for a better workout

Thanks guys :) I think I'll pick up that Rbk set. I'm just getting back into fitness and wanted to build my upper body strength. I'll use some chairs for dips and the bits and pieces from that set for the others.

GravityGuy not wanting to appear a fool (although its inevitable) what is a snake vivarium? Is it a tank for a snake?
