PRMC Recovery

Post by TheWedge »

Hello All,

Me and Darren (DarrenRugby18) had a chat a week or so after PRMC, I told him I felt like I couldn't get up in the mornings and basically shelved my fitness plan for about 7-10 days after PRMC, he said he shelved his for at least a week. I wondered if anybody else had suffered from PRMC exhaustion after they completed it, I am sure I needed the week or so to recover because I am back on my daily program now but for at least 7 days after PRMC I just could not get out of bed in the mornings no matter how much sleep I had, I did push myself to the max and I reckon I did more work in those 3 days than I had done in a fortnight. Anyone else suffer from this?

Yes, I found this. I can now do 60 pressups in 2 mins and 70 situps, consistently.
