ive been doin 3 miles in 22 mins. ive just got back from a run now which i did in 18:37! dont know where the hell that came from but im well chuffed even though it was a slightly easier route. i was only expecting to shave off half a minute!
It just shows if you listen to the advice on this forum and train hard the improvements will come, just got to do the same with press ups now. :(

well done iareglenn, thats a good time, my PB 3 miler so far is 20 mins 51 secs, im trying hard to get it down to the 18 minute mark, but im sure my work will pay off soon tho. How many runs do you do a week mate?

so you can run down dodgy one way roads that are covered in horse shite? nah, you don't! :)

I agree, country roads are hell, especially at night. You can get run over so easily. Good time by the way

i only do 2 x 3 miles and 1 1.5 mile a week, but i go all out.
