RGJ, I've printed off you're pyramid workout and I cant seem to get into it. After about the 4 pull ups stage I cant do any more pull ups, as I can only do about 5-6 maximum from fresh. And the press ups and dips dont seem to be quite enough, neither do the sit ups. Also, do you have breaks in between the levels? like 10 seconds or something or what?

Well Im currently managing the whole thing on everything except pull ups which I just stick at the level I reach (around 4) then complete the press ups ect then work down again.
I really like working out in this style, and I am beginning to find it easier going as I progress.
Another question, were you able to blast out the whole lot without much trouble by the time you came to PRMC? that is the level I hope to be at come my time lol.

I do ones on a wooden coffee table, like the ones shown on the bench in the 'green bible'. By bars do you mean like a form of paralel bars?

Press ups, pull ups and sit ups aren't a problem i find i'll max out on all of them, but i've included burpees and tuck jumps in my circuit and to be honest they are a killer after a few circuits. Since a lot of you guys have passed prmc or are in RT can you advise me on how many burpees and tuck jumps one should be able to do before attempting prmc. my run times are good too, 3 miles in under 20min and did a fast 2 miler last night in 12.35min my personal best in a 10km is 39.46min, but its the anaerobic exercises that are a beeeeeeeeatch.

proper dips i do with the two bars, and to be honest rest wise, take what you need, it brings out what you need work on, and builds it up. I defintely works lads, my family are living proof of it lol.
Dounut you got it well sorted out, if you cant do the pullups go to what you can get to and eventually you will see a big change i promise, just dont stop doing it.
