Gym music

Wondering if everybodys gym plays awful music like mine. Just twinged my hamstring which i wasn't to happy about and then went to do some chins....and carma camellion came on....that was it i went straight to the sauna, its a gym not a cheesy night club! was quite annoyed at that point anybody else's gym suffer the same problem?

Know what you mean, and every session someone will complain and they'll change it, and its back to cheese next time you go in.

Worst thing is when they have the music channels up on the televisions, then different music playing...

Just man up and get on with it. Last thing on my mind when Im training in a gym is what sh*t dancey crap music they've got on.

The only thing you should hear is the air whistling through your arses!

The one i go to has headphones for the tv screens in front of the treadmills, it's useful expect for the fact that there's a really annoying radio playing in the background.

Unlucky people, never happens at 'The Gym' where i train. Nothing but energetic or fury music going on
