ill agree there banbury!

was doing a boxing workout round my mates a while back and he put the greatest hits cd on (their law i think its called) - after that, i felt sorry for that punch bag, i hammerd it! :P absoloute TUNES on there.

Cant beat Rocky themes, 'Hearts on fire' , 'Eye of the Tiger' ect. Also Thin Lizzy 'The boys are back in town'. MEGA.

Erm its a fact that 'The Prodigy' are the best to train to! I do have some others as well..a fair few :P

Hahaha go for it, i got pretty much every fight song going, all the music to get you energised and pumped up ready to go or just to have a good time :wink:

Seriously though lads, theres nothing better to hit a punchbag or to box to than 'The Prodigy'. Its just gotta be done! :D

Just to do a circuit of bag work, pads and endurance work to these guys is wicked. :wink:
