RMAD done on the 12th September

Post by sammy571819 »

Well i went on the RMAD yesterday at HMS Eaglet in Liverpool and had a cracking time, would recommend it to anyone looking to join. Did everything from day 1 on the PRMC, obviously with slightly less beastings but they didnt take it easy on us.

It really does show you how fit you are when your doing it with other lads looking to join, last time i did a bleep test i got 10.8 but got 12.7 yesterday which i was really chuffed with. We also had to do the 3 miler as a group which was good practice for the PRMC. We did a session in the gym aswell doing circuits which showed me and a lot of others where more training was needed as they really did beast us definetly need to encorporate sprints into training.

Another plus from the day was that they give you a score at the end and that if you get over 18 you should be able to pass the PRMC. Had one guy who had done a POC who got 24, a couple of 23's and i got 22. It really does boost your confidence if you go one the day and give it your all, would deffo recommend.
