Hi.

I think your routine is fairly solid and quite evenly balanced, I see that you do TKD, it looks like your routine is based around that, which is great. TKD is a good sport to keep you fit and give you something to train towards.

However, if you are training directly for the Royal Marines, you may want to change up that routine to something with much more running involved, and keeping up the bodyweight exercise training.

I think you should stick with that routine for a few weeks, see what happens, keep a journal (sounds gay, but it will help) remember there is no perfect training routine.

Just change it as you need it.

Again, goal setting! you need to set clear, defined goals otherwise there is no point in training, you can't ask, is this a good routine?

Good routine for what?

Just try it out and if you reach the goals you have set, then well done matey. If not, adjust the routine to suit your goals a bit more.

Never just aim to be "better" or "stronger" define CLEAR goals. Run this far in this time, etc...

Go for it man.

Does this not show that I appreciate it?

Dont tell me how far I can get "mate", you dont know me.

If you have something constructive to say about the routine, go for it.

Thanks,
Seb
It doesn't show you appreciate sarcasm, no, because you obviously didn't appreciate my comment.

I'm not telling you how far you can get, I'm saying you, nor anyone else, will get very far without a good sense of humour. That's not to say you haven't got one but in that reply and your reply to James you had a sense of humour failure as was plain to see by all.

And as for the "mate", what's that sh!t about? We're all friends on here bud so don't get arsey.

Good luck with your routine.

Regards,
Greg.
