i saw that one about 3 years ago,

the royal marines came to my school and showed it,

Cheers for those videos Hughser its given me a really good insight into what the assault course consists of nice one mate. I dont suppose anyone knows what part of the armed forces makes you do the 3rd video in the pool. Is it royal marines or what because i've never heard of this test.
