Ex-Marine Carries Fridge ?
Ex-Marine Carries Fridge ?
Just saw this on the Mod Oracle site, typical royal statement - it started as a joke but then decided to give it a go, i'm sure he will use any means to get it up there - carry, drag, push etc, no easy task as it nearly killed me just walking up at the age 15, good luck paul and a loud hand clap from me.
An ex-Royal Marine is walking to Mount Snowdon with a fridge strapped to his back. Paul McKelvey, 35, is carrying the full-sized fridge 100 miles from Liverpool to the summit of Snowdon.
He began the four-day journey on Wednesday and aims to complete the ascent tomorrow.
The father-of-two, from Huyton, Merseyside, removed the shelves and motor but the fridge still weighs around six stone.
He said: "It started off as a joke but then I decided to give it a go.
"It's a big, clumsy thing and I will have some problems getting to the top but my family and friends are coming to cheer me along."
Mr McKelvey hopes to raise cash along the way for Liverpool children's hospice Zoe's Place.

How many do you think would make the 30 miles? It would be better to set him off and hour ahead of everyone... imagine the speed that Dolly, Bootneck and Sully would go at, until they caught him. Yorkie would probably be waiting in ambush around the first corner. El Prez would be hovering over him and winching the beer up with rotary as his co-pilot. Black Rat would hop on his bike to chase him.
I say let him come, bring his fridge but please let it be empty... I couldn't take the chaos!!

Our own dear Princess Margaret once said to that nice Mr Armstrong-Jones as he was "doing it proper" over the bonnet of his Roller,
"That`s No Way to mount, Snowden"
Aye,
