I am 18 and wanting to join the forces, but dont know what, i cant decide between Paras, Marines, or Raf regiment, can anyone help?

i.e which is harder, more of a challenge?

Uh, what's "Nob off!" in Welsh-ish? The opposite of "Yachidah" (sp :oops: ).
