Skin Cream/Problem

Post by fro83 »

hello lads, went for a second medical and failed due to dry skin on my face. My fault I guess washing it in soap so have to go to my GP and another medical in a months time.I feel a right t!t failing two medicals! Is there a certain type of mouisturiser(spelling) that would be best or any cream will do? I didnt know the forces were so picky about skin but it makes sense I guess. Gotta keep on training though

depending on the problem i have found hydrocortizone cream in tiny amounts works a treat. everyone always says e45 but i have found it to be useless and just irritates it even more

I've been known to use Hugo Boss face scrub. Feels nifty and doesn't smell too bad either.

I've also been known to sneak a bit o' Dove onto my face. Soft as a baby's bottom, aaiiii? 8)

I keep getting the skin near my finger nails proper dry! I mean it looks like I've been to a pebble pit and spent a few night rustling around in them. I mean they're white, like chalk and flaky.
THinking about leaving already!

Lets face it, there have been some strange skin questions lately, but there has been little piss taking and some good advice to sort out these problems which affect entry into the military. 8)

I didnt take my skin too seriously and failed the Docs are very particular about skin issues in my experience so yeah hopefully it can help others. I appreciate the replies once again.
