Trust me, your going to need to overload on everytraining session you do, I started sprints 2 weeks before my course. Overloading on each session. Train hard but be careful. :D

I just took it easy before my course, just started making my training sessions lighter and not really pushing myself on the runs. Worked for me like as when i got there i had loads of energy

Don't overload but do increase the intensity. Overtraining can seriously wreck your performance as well as increasing the likelihood of illness.

Best of luck Brian

Cheers fellas, think I'm going to need some luck on this one.. :o

letsrole, I decided to act and train as if I'm going, but I probably won't know for sure until about the 29th! Hoping to pass it on willpower and adrenaline.. I know I'll be able to give it 100% whatever the outcome, suppose that's all I can do! :D

Anyone got any tips on how to do press ups??

The 'press' part is easy, it's the 'up' you need to crack

Good luck mate!
