the 3 miler was ran at a steady pace with a cheeky speed up at a small bank.

my scores were
press-ups - 34
sit-ups - 59
pull-ups - 4
v02 max - 11.2

people were droping out at different times over the two and a half days because it wasnt for them or they were just fragged and couldnt cope anymore.

the worst part for me was bottom field and then doing gym test 2 aching all over.

they told me that i would get a training date in the next 3 to 6 weeks.

cheers for all the well done's

forgot to mention, one lad failed the 3 miler by 8 seconds, but stayed and gave it 110% for the rest of the course and the corporal said that if he had passed the 3 miler he would of definately of passed so just to remind everyone who is going to do the prmc make sure you stay at the front and dont fall back.

As Nick will tell you, the Course SM, closed off the squad at the end of the 3 miler, but some lads sprinted the end and passed. The trick is definatly to stay with the squad or your course could look dim.

errm yeh, run fast, finish with everyone else.

We had one bloke on our course who the training team called chunk, because he was err chunky, top bloke though. gave it everything and they were well chuffed with his effort and determination but he ended up failing on RT 4, but they invited him back down in 2 months becaus his other scores were really good.

Chunk, yeah top bloke. I've spoke to him the other day and hes down for another course on 13 june so hopefully well see him down at CTC. Still though 34 pressups, one guy finished the course with 37 and failed but got similar scores to you. :o Bit strange.
