3 Miler - 4 or 5 sprints to a goal post and back around 300yds, some running on spot plus pyramid sets of situps, pressups etc. followed by some light stretches if I remember rightly.
Lasts about 10 minutes and even though it's a bit more intense than the average warmup it's purpose is really to keep you from being injured on the run.

Gym Test 1- No warmup as such but a quick introduction to gym etiquette by the friendly Corporals lol!

Assault Course - Timewise this was hard to equate but we did the Tarzan slide before and while we were waiting for everyone to finish we were told to "keep warm" (lol) by jogging around a circle of trees. This lasted about 15 minutes.

The "Bottom Field" Warmup was around half an hour I would guess and it consists of sprints of varying intensity to walls or obstacles that are around again 300m, "marking time" whenever you are waiting, which is interjected by pyramid sets of pressups, situps and squat thrusts.
If the NCO's see anyone slacking you will get more, and the hill sprints at the end on an incline like this / were a bit cheeky.
Don't forget you are doing this in old combat boots etc which makes everything a lot more taxing. We finished by doing some piggy back's with the lads next to us. Not as fun as it sounds and im not a good enough writer to describe the intensity, as you are being watched like a hawk all the time.

I got through the warmup feeling tired, but not exhausted. It was running through the individual obstacles that knackered me out, lots of jumps and explosive power needed plus a switched on mind to remember the exact way to cross them or else you'll be doing them again and again like me!

Gym Test Two - Similar to 3 miler, some shuttle runs to a wall and back pyramid sets of floor excersises, lasts about 10 minutes.

No problem, if your fit enough only the bottom field one will give you problems, as I said I found the timed run of the Course the biggest hangout as it's a mixture of sprints and explosive jumps, upperbody endurance and balance.

GGHT dont forget the piggy back races going up the hill. One of the lads had to carry the Corporal who was farkin huge and dropped. It was quality especially as the other corporal caught it on camera and showed it back to us

As GGHT said, pretty much the same but there were slight differences such as the pyramid sets we did had squatthrusts replaced by tuckjumps :x. If they see anyone slacking it was a hill sprint followed by marking time and then tuckjumps this is repeated 4-5 times if the person responsible is not marking time. Even if it's just raising your feet halfway, well..... Your still trying. All I can say is that put in your part, ie do all the sets to the exact number required. Or it's another 10-20 for the sake of missing 1-2 reps. All I can say is best of luck, that was my original date 25th but I changed it to 3rd. Especially after leave, they're going to be hungry for blood.

Your should mate, it's a lot of fun. Really, I actually enjoyed the PRMC so much. :D.Can't wait for RT. But, I think bottomfield will put the quitting thought into your mind, it did for me. But we had a strong course overall.
