my afco seemed to be more impressed by a suit than shirt and tie but as has been said if you are wearing a shirt and tie then you are smart and thats what they're asking for at the end of the day.
you can get cheap suits in asda, got mine from river island, was about 100 for jacket and trousers.

Just an update
I feel like I have cheated everyone. I passed PJFT but with a terrible time. Started to realise how unfit I had gotten since I had food poisoning and knew I would find it difficult. Hopefully the AFCO will overlook the time I got and put me on PRMC. Looking for couple of months to get myself ready!

They will probably tell you to work on your fitness thats about it, you beat the time you needed to do it in. Shouldnt cause any problems!
