Leadership Strategies of the Rogue Warrior By Richard Marcinko,

This author is an ex spec op of about 30 years+ and personally, to me, he sounds like the toughest man in the world lol.

Enjoy for those who decide to buy this book, it will give you amazing motivation and will teach you everything about leadership, from real world special operations. Probably best to get it from amazon.co.uk

Thanks, but I doubt that its best to get your leadeship inspiration from a book. Only first hand experience will develop leadership. But if the book is inspirational i might try it.

I think it was actually made for business managers. Despite this fact it is still a really good book to actually teach you about proper leadership principles, and then its up to you to use them in real life. The author uses a lot of wartime examples (from when he was serving in vietnam and cambodia).
