Training Officer

Post by val79 »

Hi,
I've just applied to join the RAF and my first choice is Training Officer followed by Provost. Can anyone give me any info on what a training offr does, whether they serve a lot overseas on tours or are they just UK based in the training camps.
Any info would be greatly appreciated :D

No, I don't start until May - It's been one hell of a wait but I know it'll be worth it.

What stage at you at with your application?

not really anywhere yet, just filled in the application forms and have to go to the presentation next month. Got any tips on what I can be doing in the meantime before the presentation and the filter interview? I don't know much about the RAF as i'm an army girl (TA for years).
Cheers

Val, Go back to the AFCO and ask them this question. They are best placed to get you all the proper info.... You should really have found this out before you applied to join the RAF.
