can anyone tell me what it is you have to wear when you go to enlist im not sure if its casual or smart ie. shirt and tie. thanks

Its a job interview, if you really want it and really want it bad what do you think you should wear??

For the actual interview after the BARB test you need to arrive in smart clothes(i.e. tie, smart shoes etc.) They're not expecting you to go and buy a fancy suit but show that you're serious. My interview is on the 19th Dec so that gives me enough time to earn cash to replace my rock climbing clothes and sneakers with something more civilised.

thanks for the advice lads but iv already had my interview following the babrb test and been to rsc. im going in to enlist as a soldier. so anyone that knows the advice would be really helpful.
