Following on from the Martial Arts thread, as well as other training, I am now regularly doing a 2 mile run (1 mile, rest for a few minutes, a mile back - Distance measured on a bike computer) on a roughish, quite twisty and gravelly cycle path with a about 50m of uphill near the end (the Avon Cycle path for those that might know it) as a warm up to a weights session.
Now started timing myself and best so far is 5m36s.
Is this any good or am I a gayboy who needs to sort himself out?
Never really run all that much (apart from POC training) but generally pretty fit.
