Hehe  i was going to mention 'eye of the tiger', thats a great tune that makes you want to run even faster. I've got balearic music on my MP3 player at the moment.

I dont think you should be relying on music to keep you going during a run. The best thing to do, in my opinion, is alternate your route and get lost from time to time rather than just going over the same ground again and again.

No I think your absolutely right mate, Its always helps to change your route to incorporate different terrain and scenery.

Don't listen to music when im running, i'm afraid my ipod will fall out my pocket or summat! I listen to it when im cycling tho. Place it nice n safe in my bag and away i go. I used to use a mini disc when i ran but it just annoyed me, i found i kept changing my paces to suit whatever track i was listening to. I seemed to stop runnin and start doing perculiar things with my strides trying to stay in beat, so i dont listen to music whilst i run anymore.

Indeed it is, aside from the fact that it's kickass, Predator was why I thought of it :D
