i wanna start doing that training regime but i have also joined a gym but i dont want to mess up my training regime by doing more running ore more weights
What can i do?

give up a career in the Marines so you can carry on with your gym. no? well im stumped then. w.w.w

I hate the gym, just been, went on the treadmil - got to 0.9miles - thought 'f@#k it!' and went home for a run.


Too boring and theres no way to let your mind wander.

I goto the gym everyday with various training partners. Do as many pressups as you can (marine style) then get on the treadmill and sprint at max speed for 1k. Do more pressups but wider arms (as many as you can). Get back on the tradmill and repeat. Then hands close together pressups. Repeat.

After that, get on a rowing machine- 20 seconds allout sprint, 20 seconds rest, etc etc for a total of 4-6 minutes depending on your fitness level.

Hopes that helps, its what i do (remember, the marines require more endurance than strength)
