tuna and chicken

low carbs, low fat, high protien

but if your doing phys you need carbs and lots of em

carbs are contained within pasta, potatoes, cerial, bread etc

Thanks, but what I really meant was, is there something I can eat, thats filling yet has virtually no nutritional value? (Kerist, I almost sound clever there :wink: )

Once your in you will get stuff like you want in abundance. It's called Pussers Scran!!!! :D

Chef training in all the Services is the hardest course going. No Buggers passed it yet! :D

Now where did I put me Flak Jacket?

Seriously mind, try eating plain old rice cakes. They fill you up and have hardly any nutritional value.

GGHT, I only want to eat sometimes to fill me up, I get hungry far too much!!! :D
