hey dlink, i suppose you can go and see your family, but its not really worth the travel unless you live around Devon, i live in newcastle so it wont be worth me spending all the time travelling to and from.

pjft was simple, just arrived at the gym and had a run through of what was going to happen and signed a form, probably a disclaimer of some sort, and then cracked on with the run after being wieghed and had height taken.

u get a warm-up and then your timed run, 1.5 mile on a treadmill no probs!! i cranked it up to 15.5 km/h which isnt slow or fast and got a reasonable 9.23, i could of done it at 16 and maybe shaved 45 secs off or something but i was happy with what i got.

im 17 mate, 5'9' and about 64kg, not a big lad but about average on my prmc. what are you like? sound orite from on here

I'm sure I posted the answer to this yesterday, but I was a little worse for wear so may be making it all up...

During training, up to wk 7 you get Sat close of play (ie when you finish work, any time from 1000 to 1800) til 2159 and Sun COP to 1800. Tho you don't often work Sundays after Foundation so generally you can get up early and go straight out.

Wk 8 onwards you get COP Fri til 1800 Sun off, but normally you work Saturdays which means you have to be back by 2159 Fri, work a few hours Sat am, then you thin out til Sunday evening. You very rarely get Fri-Sun off, in fact I don't think I ever did except official Long Weekends.

The further through training you get, the more weekend time you have to yourself, but the more kit you have to sort out as you spend a lot more time in the field. And then the last few weeks you get next to no time to yourself again.

EDIT...I did already post this, there's a whole farking thread a couple down titled WEEKENDS AT CTC. Read before you post lads
