Living & Working in Europe

Post by GJimbo »

Hi all,

This maybe an unusual question, but I have been thinking long and hard about living and working in Europe (Spain, France, etc), but I require more information on how this may be done.

I am 20 now with good A levels and some work background. I have been selfemployed for 4yrs working as an e-Commerce & Marketing consultant.

Basically, just looking for some other sources of information, or maybe any with any first hand experience.

Also, if this doesn't work out, I am thinking about just travelling Europe, although again, I have no idea how the gaining employment and such works abroad :-?

Thanks for any advice/info,
GJimbo

GJ, can I suggest working a ski season? Get a job sorted and they'll give you accomodation, food, ski hire, lessons, lift pass - the works.

Working in the Alps over the winter is a great way of living. Best time of my life, and I'm heading back there this winter, then popping over to New Zealand for the summer.
Maybe give it some reading?

All the best,
Peds
