Training buddies

Post by Deadhead »

Just had a thought while trawling the internet. While I train on my own, and have a fair idea of how fit I am, I sometimes like training with somebody else. It's good for pushing yourself when you plateau, and makes a nice change once in a while.

However, I don't have anybody else to train with. So if there's anybody from around the Leeds area who fancies meeting up for running, press ups, sprint training, etc etc, pm me and we could sort something out.

As a further thought, could an admin sticky this thread, so that anybody else around the country who wants a training buddy can post up here? A sort of 'training buddy classified', if you like.

One of my better thoughts for the day me thinks.
