264 potentials are provided with a nifty booklet. Contained within is everything you need to prepare you for selection. It covers everything - what is expected of you, skills required and a very good fitness programme to get you set for selection. However, seeing as you're still a civvy you've got more chance of being sucked off by Pope JP than getting hold of one of these.

Sorry if some of this doesn't make sense, had a bit to drink. Off down the pub to finish myself off now. :D

Please don't talk about Doc like that so openly, he does read these you know!I know he's not right but he does have feelings! ( the fact that normally when he has a feeling it ends up with him attending court is not the point!) :oops:
