I might have to hi-jack that!!
H_N He's got his regulator in position either because he is, either a plonker, or more likely, it's a posed press photo.
They were the bane of my life. You know the thing - Local Boy makes good, pictures taken and then published in your home town local press. Good recruiting stuff.
I have to say that my auntie saw one of these type of photo's taken in Singapore about 1964. It was accompanied by a very cringing (to me) description of what I was supposed to be doing.
The really sad thing is - that about 10 years ago, she gave me the cutting that she had lovingly saved for 30 years and wanted me to have it.
I have had that cutting laminated and it is now in my wallet!! How sad is that!!
Please don't be to hard on me! My aunt was a lovely woman and looked after me like a son.
