This may sound like an incredibly stupid question, but I thought I would ask anyhow.
I currently take vitamin supplements such as vitamin c tablets, cod liver oil capsules and odourless garlic tablets to keep me healthy whilst training. Does the RAF take a dim view on this or is it seen as maintaining a healthy lifestyle ?.
Any sensible comments appreciated.

What's GDT ????? That would be what was called ODT and is now called CCS would it? And how would you know about what is and isnt acceptable??? In answer to the fellas question, no problems mate with vitamins. You are asked prior to a CDT (compulsory drug test) what supplements, prescribed and non-prescribed medication you are taking as some of the "questionabble" american things available in body builder mags can give strange results in urine!!!

All I know is, last time I was involved in a urine test was when a nice chap with stripes on his shoulder asked me to piss in a little cup, I'm prezuming its part the selection process, or maybee he wanted to trick someone into drinking it!
Any way, as its not a controlled substance, i would also prezume that the only problems Vit supliments would cause during the GDT or green phase of RTS at holton is if they rattle around in your webbing should you take them into the feild! it was an attempt at humor, Maybee I should save the smart stuff for chatting up fast women!
And now for somthing a bit more your level.
A Bear walks into a pub and says to the Barman, "Ill have a pint of larger...........and a packet of crisps" to which the barmen replise, "Why the big paws"!
