Hi im a 14 yr old from scotland and i was wanting to be a POC. I was wondering if there is anybody who could tell some more about it and what sort of things they are looking for in a POC.

The only sort of reply your going to get from that sort of question mate is 'use the search button'.
There's alot of info about the POC on here, and as for what the RM are looking for in officers well its common sense that you know they'll want you to be intelligent, fit, have good leadership quality's, Good knowledge of current affairs etc.
As i say, Just search for it and then prepare for alot of reading

use the search function young man or trawl through the last 2 pages of threads as there have been many a discussion on this. I have posted a POC account and there are plenty of others that should help.
Aside from that, just about all you need to know can be found on here regarding Royal and joining procedures, not to mention many old'n'bold who can let you know how it really is . . . . if you really want to know
