Rest before PRMC

You know your own body better than anyone else, so you shouldn't really have to ask the question.

I plan on levelling my training off 2-3 weeks before PRMC, and resting for about 4-5 days.

For the week approaching the PRMC you should taper your training workload. This means simply reduce the amount that you are doing e.g. half the distance in each session. Then allow yourself 2/3 days of complete rest or if you must exercise then do some walking or gentle swim with sauna/steam room.

if I do pass Im going to have to trade in fit girlsat the gym for uglymuscley nods crawling in mud :lol:

Ahhh what could be better..... well..... training with the fit birds along side you giving you support heheheh 8)
