Dunny mate RSC is easy full stop its not designed to be hard. as far as the fitness requirements go your not tested on pressups dips an situps just on the 1.5 mile run which you need to get in under 9:15 to pass and under 9 to impress and as for heaves there looking at 10 pluss, altho if you read around the forum i think youll find theres people passed for paras with less heaves than that, other than that mate the rest is very easy too easy infact. Ohh an if they happen to throw you a bleep test instead of the 1.5 miler then you need to get a level 11 minimum

Ive been up there twice an passed mate so if your confident at your running youll be fine p.s you wana no anymore just P.M me

Not yet man, I dropped off the medical forms that my doc filled out about two weeks ago, so I'm waiting for them to call me. Apparently I have an interview to confirm the Regiment I want, then they'll book me an RSC.

Have you not decided yet thought you was joning the PARAS, well just make sure the regiment you pick is the one you really want, dont let anyone else try to persuade you otherwise,
let me know how you get on
