A few questions

Post by HotShot »

1. What does the hearing test on the medical consist of?

2. Do you get your results from the medical on the same day?

3. What's the ratio of men:women at Raleigh? (Something to do if it isn't against regulations )

4. I went to do my aptitude test with interest in being a marine...but then the officers convinced me to go for 'tiff after gettin 116/120...so I haven't yet done the RE. Will this need to be done before the interview/medical (1 and a half weeks away approx.)

5. If they get a bad reference from headteacher, are they likely to fail you, even if you did good on your tests/interview/pjft?

6. Do the navy have an athletics team? I checked the sports page on the website, but was quite suprised to not see boxing and/or athletics mentioned...

7. At the strength tests, do they check that your hands are directly below your shoulders on the press-ups? My chest is better trained than my tricpes, so my hands are a bit further apart. Just by having each hand about 6 inches outwards can mean the difference between 60 easy press-ups and 20 killing ones for me...

8. Will you fail your medical if you have a veruca on your foot?

Thanks in advance.
