Does anyone know how many young officers currently in this years batch are aged 18/19, or have not got a degree?

willgoodman is currently in YO training - he's your best bet.

He's also not got a degree and is pretty young, so that's one at least :wink: Give him a PM...though don't expect a quick reply, web's down at CTC at the minute.
