As I was getting something like 40 spams a day I finally bought McAfee spamkiller. It was great at first but now I'm getting, say, fifteen spams into my normal e-mail and about 20 -30 into my spamkiller.

What is Spam bully? Is it better than McAfee's Spamkiller? What happens if I download Spambully and McAfee's still on my PC?


Doh! My head hurts.

Mind you, if the missus finds out I'm getting e-mails which guarantee a 10" penis she'll be well miffed! {couldn't bear the thought of a reduction, you understand?}

I use BT Yahoo Broadband and they provide a spam filter which seems to be very effective in that I get the odd spam every 4-5 days or so.

Looking at the spam basket in the sky which is the bin for all the spams I don't get, I average about 1000 a week.

The only advice I have is to put your cash into a decent ISP ....

You lot should get a Hotmail account. No spam, unless you order something off e-bay, amazon etc. They then have your e-mail and can send you advertisments.

But apart from that, its spam-free.

I have used Incredimail for over a year now and it has a built in Spam filter.

To date no Spam whatsoever has ever got past it unless I want it to. I would recomend it to anyone. Plus it's much more user friendly than the other ones.
