Hello, I'm a 17yr old Canuck from Vancouer, British Columbia. I've always been interested in the military and quite recently the British Armed Forces after learning Commonwealth Citizens could join

However, to put it bluntly I'm huge, most of it being fat although I'd still be huge if it wasn't for the fat. My bones are huge, hehe. I weigh around 300lbs

Which is not good for sure. One day I finally decided "You know what? It's time to quit friggin' dreaming about joining and get my friggin' arse in gear" I had a chat with my doctor and everything. And I -->have<-- been literally working my arse off. It's extremely hard work, but the feeling I get after I'm done is best described as amazing.
Anyways onto my question, I've been working 6 days a week after school for about an hour, going to try moving it to an hour and a half. I feel like my motivation is picking up every day. But there is one serious / embarrasing issue.
Leg Chafe.
I'm sure it has a lot to do my my weight, at least I've been losing it. But my legs at times feel like they're going to rot off
Is there any way to prevent this?
