Post by MikeB »

Hello all! first weekend back and i get drunk off 4 pints!

Training is hard, make sure you can do 6 miles at 7min mile pace or less if you can, and be able to do atleast 50 push ups in 90secs.

You will get beasted. alot.

will make loads of good maes.

will think any bird is fit.

just never give up

anyway, time is short got lots of things to do.

Well done mike, first 5 weeks is a major ball ache, admin in the block type crap. Just wait till you shart with the good stuff, get recruit phase out the way and things get interesting (apart from sigs). I've just Finished Omega so only really got APWT, field firing left. Let us know how you get on MikeB.

them new blocks were a nightmare m8

the old blocks were "old style" and had been bulled since year dot

new block was a new building

they dont design em to be bulled

that was no excuse lol

I will be on that parade square in my No.1s

New Blocks at DL10 7NP

Post by sittingstress »

I remember those new blocks with much hatred. All mod cons that were as much use as a choclate fireguard when it came to the bulling. I was in the old ones for my FT (that dates me!) and I remember thinking; arghhhhhhhh old blocks-as much use as a choclate fireguard when it came to the bulling!!!!

Nothing changed just the level of plop varied!!

Ahhh, brings back a few memories :o

You will be pleased to know that 159 survives, floors aren't as shiney though.

Yep 159 is still extant though a few miles south and east of the original-i'm still serving though I have to admit to avoiding that place like the plague!
