Fighting Fit software for free

Post by Chappy »

Okay I finally got the time to upload the FF software. You will have to download it using BitTorrent.
If you do not have BitTorrent, you can get it here for free: http://bittorrent.com/

Download and unzip this http://www.continentalleisure.co.uk/fightingfit.zip

Once unzipped, open the file inside..from there it will either:

1) Ask you where you wish to place the download on your computer

or

2) Ask you what to open it with, if it does this, click 'other' then search from BitTorrent in 'MyPrograms' and select, it will then go to step 1)

The file has been scanned with the latest defintions from Norton AntiVirus 2005. And is safe.

Once downloaded open in Nero or your CD burning software and open the file in it. It will then attempt to burn.

Any problems, you know where I am.

Oh its 600mb.

There we go - download the zip file again and run and it should be fine. After downloading it, dont close the window, it will just let other people share it for a while. :)

It aint stolen, I paid for it

Problem connecting to tracker: HTTP Error -1?

Leave your torrent running in your client. The client will keep checking the tracker and it should resume eventually.

Tried downloading it but just got error message after error message so in the end I bought the fighting fit software last week on http://www.amazon.co.uk for £7.99 (plus £3 p&p), and it came today (last time i checked they only had six left).

It contains some useful information about the royal marines, how to do first aid, map reading, what the training is like, how hard the tests are, swimming requirements, diet requirements, a multi-stage fitness program (civilian and military) and a fitness assessment at the end of each stage (plus it's got some nice videos in as well).

I'm crap with computer stuff, so if anyone knows how to upload this software onto the internet so everyone can download it for free let me know and i'll try and do it for everyone.
