Incline pull up alternatives
Has anybody got a cunning alternative to incline pull ups due to the lack of a bar that can take my weight in the house?

All I want in life is a cold beer, a fast car, a big F**King gun and a hot woman to fetch the beer, and clean the car! is that really to much to ask? - Quotes by a redneck.com

Tricep dips are brilliant. Give them a try and see what you think.
As has been suggested before also, inclined pull ups seem to be rather dangerous as the broom can slip off the top of the two chairs and cause injury.
If you arent sure what tricep dips are check here ( only when doing them, dont bend your knees cos thats just easy, and as far as i'm aware, marines don't do anything easy. lol)

A really simple excercise but also really effective as it works so many different muscle groups in your body.
Regards
Mike
