Swim training

Post by Seven »

I went out for a swim yesterday for the first time in years, I was a fairly strong swimmer in my early teens. Does anyone know a decent swim workout? Right now I just go out and swim for 40 mins which is alright, but probably not very effective.

I usually alternate between different types of strokes, I normally do a pyramid doing 10 lengths Front crawl then 9 Lengths breast stroke 8 lengths front crawl 7 lengths breast stroke etc.
It's better to be tried in court by 12 men than to be carried in a box by 6.
