Please excuse the ignorance but what are scores in terms of the PRMC courses?
Example:
Press-ups: Score 80
Sit-ups: Score 100
Pull-ups: Score 30

Scores?
Maximum scores are:
Press-ups: 60
Sit-ups: 80
Pull-ups: 6
Bleep test: 13
Minimum scores are:
Press-ups: 20
Sit-ups: 35 (maybe rong)
Pull-ups: 3
Bleep test: 11
Although there are scores to help as a guide line, to have a chance you need to aim for the maximum scores, during practices always train above the maximums as in PRMC you WILL be exhausted before the tests start due to a "cheeky" warm up. Make sure press ups and sit ups are to the propper standard (search on Military Forums for the right technique its around here sumwhere) as many people do many different things and on PRMC there is only 1 way to do them. The little oblong fitness booklet from the AFCO is a waste of time, throw it in the bin! Do sprint training, basically sprinting around everywhere to increase VO2 levels, if you can't get above level 11 in the bleep test there is no point going down for a PRMC. Need anymore help mate PM me

maximums arent hard to achieve although if you do score them, then the team assesing you will expect you to be good at the other tests. If you dont perform then they will think you are loafing.
Listen in men give 100% or i will thrash you till your eyes bleed!

I wouldn't quite say that. I'm not aware of anyone on lasts week's PRMC who achieved maximums in all areas. You gotta fly to get the sit ups done in time and the press ups are certainly no push over if you're doing them correctly- which most people were'nt. Still, they are achievable if you dedicate yourself to the cause.

Well they are achievable otherwise they wouldnt set them. When you get to recruit training all gym tests are done to bleebs so if you think they were hard think again.
