Nice one Mike, good for you!

Or you can have freedom.
Don't ever count on having both at once.

Thanks guys! im still on cloud nine because i was 16st1 in february and couldnt finish a mile, now im 13st 12 and can run 6 miles in 43 mins and did really well on the PGAC - the PTI's said we had a fit PGAC group too which was a real confidence boost.

19 went 12 passed.

Although the Bergen run isnt pass or fail only 5 of us completed it (ie didnt stop to walk normally or got thrown in the van) out of the 12 that started and being one of the 5 to finish behind the sgt made me have an addrenaline rush!

Just looking forward to basics, i cant wait.

The RAF Regiment does a lot more than what i thought, you'll fint that out if you go on a PGAC.

Get used to running everywhere! we weren't aloud to walk we had to run (unless we were told to march).
