Failed A.I.B

Post by mrpageuk »

Unfortuantly i failed at A.I.B. The Board President recommended that i should join the RMR for some military experience, and try again in two years time, as i was very near to a pass.

If anyone has any questions regarding AIB or POC, i would be more than happy to answer them.

Hey mate bad luck, at least you got that far.

Are you going to write a diary for either POC or AIB? What tips or help could you give to people who intend to try for an officer in the marines? What are the most important things to focus on for someone attempting?

But it's only 2 years mate, it'll go in no time.

Good luck for the future 8)

Cheers, Gareth

I have done a POC diary. If you go to "search" and its under (POC, mrpageuk)

Im off on holiday this morning but when i return il will post a AIB diary.

As long as you have done the required physical work then the POC is achievable. The A.I.B requires a good knowledge of political affairs and your interpretation on them. You must be clear on you reasons for wanting to join the corps.

Good luck
